Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms prescribe the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions of use between the Service and users regarding the use of the reach analysis and statistical diagnostic tool provided by this website (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms and Integration Method)
1. This Service is a tool that generates a temporary diagnostic report by acquiring profile data from the official Threads API based on permissions temporarily granted by the user through login (OAuth authentication).
2. This Service is a temporary integration analysis environment that does not maintain a database (DB). It is expressly stated that the user''s integration authentication information and API result values are not backed up or stored on permanent servers.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)
1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service website and apply without exception to all users who intend to use the Service.
2. The Service may amend these Terms when deemed necessary, within the scope of compliance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon notice on the website.

Article 4 (User Obligations and Restrictions)
1. Users must request a diagnosis by connecting only Threads accounts that they own or for which they have lawfully been delegated or entrusted with analysis authority.
2. Users may not attempt improper access that exceeds the normal load range of the Service (DDoS attacks, vulnerability probing, security module bypassing, etc.), and must not attempt to artificially circumvent the Cloudflare Turnstile human verification step.
3. Accounts that have been temporarily suspended or subject to restrictions for violating the operating policies of the Meta/Threads platform may have limitations in using the Service.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer)
1. This Service operates based on the open API of the external platform Meta/Threads. Accordingly, the Service is not responsible for any discrepancies or analysis failures caused by sudden discontinuation of API provision, specification changes, system maintenance, or omission of metric value transmission on the part of the Threads platform.
2. The Service is exempt from liability for temporary service disruptions caused by failures in external network infrastructure such as the Vercel serverless platform and Cloudflare infrastructure.
3. The diagnostic results of this Service (estimated causes, percentages, etc.) are merely predictive values based on the provided statistical algorithms (Median, Robust Z-score). Implementing the recommended actions does not guarantee that actual reach will be restored, and the Service bears no commercial responsibility for the results.
4. To sustain free operation, the Service displays Google Ads on its pages, and by using the Service, the user agrees to the display of advertisements and the creation of non-identifying cookies for behavioral information associated therewith.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
For all disputes arising from these Terms and the use of the Service, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply as the governing law, and in the event a lawsuit is filed, the competent court as prescribed by the Civil Procedure Act shall be designated as the exclusive agreed jurisdiction court.

These Terms take effect on July 1, 2026.
