1. No Database (DB) Operation and Minimization of Collected Items
This Service does not require membership registration and does not build or operate a separate user database (DB). As a general rule, the user''s identity information (name, email, contact details, etc.) is not permanently recorded or stored on physical servers.

2. Categories of Information Collected and Processing Methods
To provide the Service and ensure safe operation, the following minimal data is temporarily processed or collected through third-party services.

  • Threads API integration data: The temporary Access Token and user ID issued when the user connects their account via Threads login are temporarily stored in HttpOnly, Secure cookies in the web browser and used solely for API communication; they are not stored on the Service''s physical servers.
  • Automatically collected information: Upon visiting the Service, the IP address, browser type, operating system (OS), and visit timestamp may be temporarily recorded as log data by the server and CDN environment.
  • Bot prevention and security data (Cloudflare Turnstile): The Service uses Cloudflare''s security module to identify abnormal access (bots, DDoS attacks, etc.). During this process, non-identifying device and network information necessary for bot verification, such as screen size and browser environment, may be processed.
  • Data for analytics and advertising purposes: Through Google Analytics and Google Ads, the user''s non-identifying service visit records, click patterns, and ad response identifiers are collected and processed in the form of cookies.

3. Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The collected information is used solely for the following purposes.

  • Providing a diagnostic service for profile reach range and statistical metrics via the Threads API
  • Blocking fraudulent traffic and strengthening infrastructure security using the Cloudflare Turnstile security solution
  • Analyzing website usage patterns and optimizing features through Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Delivering personalized advertisements and analyzing ad performance through Google Ads

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Because this Service does not store personal information in a physical server DB, no personal information is retained permanently.

  • Threads temporary integration data: When the user closes the browser or performs a logout (or cancels the integration), the cookies temporarily stored in the browser are immediately expired and destroyed.
  • Server logs and third-party solution data: Temporary access logs in the Vercel environment are retained for only a very short period for network stability verification and then destroyed. Behavioral information collected through cookies by Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Google Ads follows the default data retention policies of those respective solutions.

5. Collection and Use of Online Personalized Advertising and Analytics (Behavioral Information), and How to Opt Out
This Service includes analytics and advertising services provided by Google. During this process, the user''s non-identifying behavioral information may be automatically collected, and the user may opt out at any time if they do not wish this.

  • Opting out via web browser settings: You can control the storage of external cookies by enabling the block third-party cookies setting in the "Privacy and security" menu of your browser settings.
  • Blocking Google Analytics collection: Google Analytics Opt-out add-on to block analytics data collection.
  • Blocking Google personalized ads: Google Ads Settings page to disable personalized ad delivery.

6. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Service applies the following measures to safely protect users'' temporarily transmitted data.

  • Full application of HTTPS encrypted communication (SSL)
  • Mandatory application of HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite settings to cookies to prevent interception of temporary API authentication tokens
  • Utilization of enterprise-grade infrastructure security firewalls provided by Vercel and Cloudflare
